Amazon: indigenous brazilian women take over soccer

For the first time in Brazilian history, in November 2023, an indigenous women's team, Gavião Kyikatejê, competed in a professional league. In the state of Para, in the Amazon, indigenous women see soccer as a new opportunity to be seen and heard. Unfortunately, this does not prevent racism and discrimination.
